We know the challenges of living with PCOS and want you to really feel connected to a supportive community. That’s why we offer the PCOS I CAN exercise class where you can train with other women going through the same thing.

You’ll get the chance to meet other girls who are also feeling the same way as you are about your body, hormones, or exercise. You’ll get the opportunity to share experiences with others who understand how it feels to have PCOS.
